A RITUAL OF REST & LUMINOSITY

​

Leaning into sunlight

​

Make a tea or warm beverage that feels nourishing (I am really into turmeric & ginger root with black pepper and honey right now!).

Connect with the herbs, roots, flowers etc. for your drink. Give your self time and spaciousness to enjoy the process of preparation.

Offer your body / being an intention.

Sit outside (or by your window) to rest in a moment of sunlight, while drinking your beverage. Let the light nourish you. Connect with it. Rest here, in awareness of you body & breath.
